How this one actually comes down.
A flagged review is suspended while Trustpilot asks the reviewer for proof of the experience. Reviews from competitors, from people who were never customers, from a service the business does not offer, or containing personal information or an unproven criminal allegation are removed at a materially higher rate than the platform's own published figures suggest, provided the report cites the specific guideline. Where Trustpilot reinstates a review we consider the remaining routes and tell you honestly if there are none.

The terms for this link
One published fee, whatever the platform. The removal window for complaint and review sites starts at 42 days and is fixed in the engagement letter at signing, so a later change to our defaults cannot alter your case.
- i.Assessed in writing within 48 working hours, saying whether it can go and by which route.
- ii.Removed means the URL no longer appears in Google for the agreed search terms, checked from the UK, the US and one EU location on two days at least seven days apart.
- iii.If it is still there when the window closes, the fee is refunded in full within five working days. No deduction for work performed.
- iv.Monitored monthly for twelve months. If it returns at the same URL, we act again at no charge.

How long does Trustpilot take?
A flagged review is usually suspended within a few days and decided within two to three weeks, because the reviewer is given a window to respond.
Does removing the review fix the Google result?
The profile page often still ranks. Verification is measured against the agreed search terms, so if the page still appears the case is not settled and the fee is not released.
