About · Precise, discreet, accountable

We sell an outcome with a price on it.

Every reputation firm sells reassurance. We publish one price, put the refund in the engagement letter, and accept only the links we believe we can remove.

The idea

The gap is the point.

Every reputation firm sells reassurance. We sell an outcome with a price on it.

The mark is a closed line with a section missing: the trace was there, and now there is a gap where it used to be. The client is not being protected. The record is being corrected.

How we work

Four commitments, all of them in writing.

  • A published price

$6,000 per URL, on the pricing page, before anyone speaks to you. Not quoted after a call, and not varied by how worried you sound.

  • A written refund

Clause 6.1. If the link is still returned for the agreed search terms when the window closes, the fee comes back in full within five working days, with no deduction for work performed.

  • A defined standard

Clause 4. Removed means absent from Google for every agreed term, checked from the UK, the US and one EU location, on two days at least seven days apart. Not "pushed to page three".

  • A willingness to decline

We say what we will not take money for on the pricing page, and we turn down links we do not believe we can remove rather than pricing to absorb the failures.

“The person who most needs a link removed is usually the person least able to judge a vague quote. A published price and a written refund put the risk where it belongs: with us.” Founding principle, No Trace

What we are not

Not a law firm, and not a reputation agency.

No Trace is not a law firm. Where a removal route requires legal representation we instruct independent counsel in the relevant jurisdiction, at no extra cost to you, and the engagement letter says which routes we intend to use before you pay.

We are also not a reputation agency. We do not write positive content, we do not build satellite sites, and we do not sell suppression as removal. If the link is still in Google for the agreed search terms when the window closes, the fee comes back in full.
