Remove a Glassdoor review from Google
Glassdoor defends its reviews hard and publishes the grounds on which it will take one down. Those grounds are narrower than most people think and wider than most firms bother to use.

The route that works
How this one actually comes down.
Glassdoor removes a review that names an individual, that comes from someone who never worked at the company, or that reveals confidential information. Those are the arguments that work. It does not remove a review for being unfair, and it treats a legal threat as a reason to dig in — which is why the approach is made under its own community guidelines first, and formal notice only where the review contains a false statement of fact we can evidence.

The terms for this link
One published fee, whatever the platform. The removal window for complaint and review sites starts at 42 days and is fixed in the engagement letter at signing, so a later change to our defaults cannot alter your case.
- i.Assessed in writing within 48 working hours, saying whether it can go and by which route.
- ii.Removed means the URL no longer appears in Google for the agreed search terms, checked from the UK, the US and one EU location on two days at least seven days apart.
- iii.If it is still there when the window closes, the fee is refunded in full within five working days. No deduction for work performed.
- iv.Monitored monthly for twelve months. If it returns at the same URL, we act again at no charge.

About this one specifically.
Can Glassdoor tell me who wrote it?
No, and it will resist a disclosure application vigorously. Removal on policy grounds does not require identifying the author, which is one reason it is the route that works.
What if the review names a manager?
That is the strongest ground there is. Glassdoor prohibits reviews that name a non-executive individual, and a request citing it usually succeeds within two weeks.
